hello! my name is jasmine and i’m a 19 year old sophomore in college. i have recently been diagnosed with autism and have been prescribed a service dog to help with my sensory processing disability. i’m going to be living on my own in disability housing in january at a new college because my parents are moving out of state this year. i make good grades and i have a full ride to my new college, so all of my schooling is taken care of but i need a little financial help for something else :~( my service dog training will begin in august, and my family doesn’t have enough to buy my dog or her vest. i desperately NEED my dog so i can begin her training in august before i move at the end of the year. i have a great deal worked out with an agency: the fee for my dog is $300, and her vest is going to be $60. i’d appreciate ANY spare change you have! It’s so cool going into a girls room and they have so much make up and bottles filled with things and tiny small things everywhere. And you can lay on her bed and just look at everything for so long. Or you can close your eyes and listen to her talk while she’s getting ready. You don’t understand any of it and why it takes so long but you are so happy and have probably never felt this warm before
